Bill’s first feature ‘The Tune’, his second live-action feature, ‘Guns on the Clackamas’ was followed by ‘I Married a Strange Person’ and ‘Mutant Aliens’. Bill’s short film ‘Guard Dog’ has been a hit at film festivals and it brought Bill his second Oscar nomination in January 2005.

Produced and directed documentary films and series, mainly for British television. He also produced a number of short fiction films that were successfully entered in festivals throughout Europe and North and South America. His short film 'Unloveable' was featured in a british retrospective at this year's Clermont-Ferrand festival.
