Paul Mercier is a founding member and artistic director of the Passion Machine theatre company. He’s won numerous awards for his plays. His feature film directorial debut was the successful STUDS starring Brendan Gleeson.
This is a rare chance to meet an award winning director and writer of both stage and screen and to find out about his career and discover some directorial dos and don'ts.

MASTER-CLASS IN CINEMA 4D WITH GUNTHER BERKUS LINED UP TO TEACH A MASTER CLASS IN CINEMA 4D
Tuesday, 30th of October, 11:30 – 2:00 pm, The Old Presbytery
Gunther Berkus moved to Ireland in the mid-1970s and has been involved in contemporary art, performance art, computer graphics and fractal music production ever since. The workshop will focus on CINEMA 4D, a commercial cross platform high-end 3D Graphics application, that’s noted for its ease of use and flexibility.

Identity through Film for Secondary School Pupils, with Kerry County Council Film Maker in Residence, Lisa Fingleton Wednesday 7th of November, 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm, The Old Presbytery Bring along the films you've made on your phone or video camera and we will watch and discuss them. A perfect opportunity to watch films made by other young filmmakers. This workshop will also include a discussion around 'identity' based on the film 'Inside I'm dancing'.
